The rules for using the restricted Atomware application environment and connected services.

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Atomware hosted application environment located at app.atomware.online.
The public website at atomware.co.za is separate from the restricted hosted application environment. The website provides information about services, while the hosted application is intended only for authorized internal use.
app.atomware.online is a private hosted application environment made available only to authorized internal users. It is not a public self-service platform and is not intended for general consumer registration or open access.
You may use the hosted application only if you are authorized by the organization operating Atomware.
You may use the hosted application only for legitimate business purposes authorized by the organization, including internal task and workflow management, communications, time tracking, file handling, CRM, business recordkeeping, social media planning and publishing, and related internal operations.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, using only your assigned access, promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access, and complying with internal policy and security requirements.
You may not use the hosted application to violate any law, upload malicious code, interfere with system performance, misuse confidential data, infringe intellectual property rights, or violate the terms of connected third-party services.
Data entered into the hosted application, including tasks, comments, messages, CRM records, files, activity logs, and publishing drafts, may be treated as business records of the organization.
The hosted application may enable publishing or integration with third-party platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and others.
Use of the hosted application may be logged, monitored, reviewed, and administered for security, support, compliance, auditing, operational management, and troubleshooting.
The hosted application, including its software, configuration, branding, design, workflows, and related materials, is owned by or licensed to Atomware and protected by law.
You must protect all confidential, proprietary, operational, and sensitive information available through the hosted application and use it only for authorized business purposes.
The hosted application is provided on an as-available basis. Access may be interrupted due to maintenance, updates, infrastructure issues, security events, hosting interruptions, third-party outages, platform failures, or API failures.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the hosted application is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atomware and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of or inability to use the hosted application.
Access may be suspended or terminated at any time if authorization ends, a role changes, internal policy is violated, these Terms are violated, or access creates legal, operational, or security risk.
Use of the hosted application is subject to these Terms, applicable law, internal company policy, and any additional written access rules communicated by the organization.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the hosted application after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
